Regional Business Development Specialist
Colleen Noel, who has recently joined Acadia as our Regional Business Development Specialist for the Northern California region, brings a wealth of business leadership experience to our team. Before joining Acadia, Colleen operated her own executive vetting firm, serving clients nationwide. She developed a unique employee vetting process that goes beyond the typical resume review, using testing, insightful data, and exclusive interview methodologies to ensure candidates align not only with job descriptions but also with a company’s corporate culture. This innovative approach was built on nearly 15 years of experience as Vice President at two leading private aviation firms, where she successfully placed hundreds of professionals in key roles.
Earlier in her career, Colleen served as a director for a leading international clothing manufacturer, where she gained extensive business management experience and was solely responsible for the brand’s P&L. Her decades of experience have given her a powerful perspective on individuals’ strengths, weaknesses, and personality traits, and how these fit into a larger corporate picture.
Colleen’s strong business acumen, coupled with her passion for supporting those facing behavioral health challenges, has led her to join our team at Acadia. Her primary goal is to be a supportive link for individuals seeking help by promoting the broad range of services offered within Acadia’s portfolio.
Outside of her role with Acadia, Colleen enjoys spending time with her family in Marin, cooking, traveling, dancing, and exploring the beautiful outdoors of the Bay Area.
