Darya Rostami, SUDRC
Case Manager
Darya brings over three years of experience in the field of substance use disorder (SUD) treatment. During this time, she has developed a deep understanding of the challenges and complexities individuals face on their recovery journey. Having worked in a variety of roles within SUD treatment, Darya is passionate about providing compassionate support that empowers clients to reach their fullest potential and achieve lasting sobriety.
Darya’s primary motivation in this work is to help clients self-actualize as they embark on their sober journey. She works diligently to foster personal growth, introspection, and empowerment, encouraging each individual to tap into their unique strengths and resources. By creating a nurturing and individualized approach, Darya ensures that clients have the tools they need to overcome obstacles and sustain long-term recovery.
Currently pursuing a Master’s in Depth Psychology, Darya integrates the principles of this psychological approach into her work, enabling her to form deeper, more meaningful connections with clients and facilitate healing on both mental and emotional levels. Her approach combines traditional case management with the insights of depth psychology to create a person-centered treatment experience.
In addition to her work in substance use treatment, Darya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, with minors in Criminal Justice and Education. This has provided her with a well-rounded perspective on the social factors influencing behavior and recovery. Outside of her professional commitments, Darya is dedicated to her own well-being, regularly engaging in meditation and yoga practices to cultivate mindfulness, balance, and inner peace.
